How do I connect a Social Media Page if I don't know its login credentials?
You don’t need to know any login credentials to do this, all you need to know is the link to social media profiles. You can even connect your competitors' accounts.
Note: when you connect a social media account for Twitter, YouTube, or Tumblr, you will be asked to authorize TrueSocialMetrics for read-only access to your account (we can't post anything from your Twitter account). This is necessary to provide TrueSocialMetrics with access to APIs for these social networks. It will use your personal account login credentials, not the credentials of the analyzed account.
After you click the ‘Authorize app’/‘Grant access’/‘Allow’ button, you will be redirected to a form where you will then need to input the account link or Twitter handle of the account you wish to analyze. That’s all you need to do. You don’t need to know any login credentials.

How many accounts can I setup?
The maximum number of brands you can monitor (number of accounts to setup) depends on your current subscription type: 'Small' - 3 accounts, 'Medium' - 10 accounts, 'Agency' - 100 accounts, 'Enterpise' - custom number . Read more on Pricing. Where each account gives you access to a set of social media pages from 10 sources, with 1 page per social media source. This means that for each account you can track 1 Twitter profile, 1 Facebook page, 1 Google+ page, 1 YouTube channel/page, 1 Blog, 1 LinkedIn company page, 1 Instagram profile, 1 Tumblr profile, 1 SlideShare profile, and 1 Vimeo page.
What is the 'Untitled' account? How to rename the 'Untitled' account?
When you register at TrueSocialMetrics you will have your first 'Untitled' account automatically created by the system. To rename this account go to Settings -> Account page and click on the 'Change' button:

How to disconnect / reconnect / unlink Social Media Pages?
If you have connected the wrong Social Media Page you can replace it with another one. The maximum number of times you can reconnect Pages for each Social Network for each package: 'Small' - 1 per month, 'Medium' - 2 per month, 'Agency' - 10 per month, 'Enterprise' - custom number of times.
To reconnect your Pages go to Manage Sources page and click on the 'Disconnect' button next to the needed page.
How to delete an account?
The maximum number of times you can delete accounts for each package: 'Small' - 3 per month, 'Medium' - 10 per month, 'Agency' - 100 per month, 'Enterprise' - custom number.
To delete one of your accounts go to Settings -> Account page and click on the ‘Remove’ button next to the needed account.
How do I get an API key?
The API is available in 'Enterprise' package only. To get your trial API key please Contact us.
How do I setup reports to be sent to me by email?
By default, this optionis on. You will receive Metrics and Diagnostics reports for your Default account weekly. If you'd like to manage the list of emailed reports and opt in/opt out from our monthly newsletter you can do if from your Settings -> Emailed reports page.
