How do I select a timezone for my account?
At your Settings -> Account page.
Time to post score - the values from 0 to 1 that show how high the engagement could be in each timeslot. This is not the actual level of engagement but a score developed for convenient comparison. We implemented this score because the actual numbers of engagement are really varied and would have been hard to compare. The score is normalized by the Number of Posts in each timeslot.
Time to post score = Total Engagement at this hour of the day / Total Engagement for all selected date range / Number of Posts at this hour of the day
Engagement - the sum of all social interactions for the selected time range.
Engagement = (# of Shares + # of Likes + # of Comments)
